This is a tutorial on how to replace a broken pivot cup with one from another truck or one you purchased.
Step One:Disassemble.

| Take off the axle and bushings, and then scrape out the broken pivot bushing. |
Step Two: Prep the “New” Bushing.
 |

| Do Step One to the second truck if it isn’t already like this. |
Remove the bushing. If it doesn’t come out easily do the following:

| Rinse the bushing under hot water for at least a minute. |
 |
| Next, pry or pull out the bushing using pliers. If it still won’t come out, give it more hot water. |
Step Three: Replace it.
 |
| Put the new bushing in the pivot cup. |
Step Four: Assembly.
 |
| Put the truck back together. |
